Version 1.15.7 We encourage you to upgrade as soon as possible as this release contains additional features, as well as enhancements and fixes. Version 1.15 of the 3X Backup product includes a number of highly requested improvements and features to the 3X Backup software:
The above features are in addition to numerous performance improvements, better tolerance to network connectivity issues during backup, and other minor fixes and enhancements. Note: Per numerous requests, email alerts for backup success, failure, missed backups and so on are now handled on an individual backup set basis. You should review the settings for each backup set (under the "options" tab in the "Manage Clients" area) to make sure you receive the alerts you expect. |
| August 12, 2008 | Version 1.14.9 There are several items fixed in this release, driven primarily by customer-reported issues. Performance and stability have also been notably improved including vault database performance under load and during node sync, node lookup operations, during maintenance, and when sending email. Note: On upgrade of the client, this upgrade will force local baselines of all backup sets, which will mean a somewhat longer backup of each backup following the upgrade. This will be a one-time occurrence per backup set. |

Additionally, the client upgrade process should be smoother as we have improved the shutdown process to drastically lessen the need for a reboot after the upgrade. |
